(216) hereby declared to be and enure And the said John Knight and his heirs from and immediately after the suffering the same shall stand and be seised of all and Singular the said Lands Tenements and Premisses with the Appurtenances and every part and Parcell thereof to and for the only proper use and Behoof of the said John Knight his heirs and Assigns forever And to and for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably put their hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written Sealed and Delivered Isaac Van Bebber (seal) Before us John Leach Wright (Seal) And.w Pearce Jn.o M.cduff Benjamin Rumsey (seal) On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus written viz.t April 20.th 1767 Then received of John Knight five Shillings in full of the Consideration Money in the aforegoing Deed by Isaac Van Bebber On this 26.th day of May in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Seven before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships provincial Justices for the Province of Maryland comes the within Isaac Vanbebber and Acknowledged the within Indenture to be his Act and Deed and desired it might be recorded accordingly 12 sides Recorded the 21.st May 1767 D Hands Exam.d This Indenture made this ninth Day of May in the year seventeen hundred and Sixty Seven Between Henry Boon of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland planter of the one part and Ignatius Digges of the Same County and Province Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth that the said Henry Boon for and in consideration of the Sum of One hundred pounds Sterling money to him in hand paid by the said Ignatius Digges at and before the ensealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof the said Henry Boon doth hereby acknowledge and therefrom acquit and discharge the said Ignatius Digges his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them by these presents Hath given granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents Doth give grant bargain sell alien release enfeoffe and confirm unto him the said Ignatius Digges his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcell of Land called Easey comeby lying formerly in Prince Georges County aforesaid but not in Frederick County and originally on or about the twentieth day of May Seventeen hundred and twenty five Granted to a certain William Pottinger Beginning at a bounded white Oak standing on the South side of a Small run that falleth into Rock Creek and to the Eastward of a tract of Land called the Bowleing Green formerly Surveyed for Arthur Nelson and running thence south nineteen Degrees west sixty eight perches thence west One hundred and twenty perches then North fifty Degrees west eighty perches then north one hundred and forty perches then north fifty five Degrees East one hundred twenty eight perches then north twenty eight Degrees West |
