(217) west sixty eight perches thence North forty Degrees East thirty two perches then South forty nine Degrees East one hundred ninety one perches then south forty nine Degrees West one hundred and fifty perches then with a Streight line to the beginning tree containing and laid out for three hundred acres of Land more or less Together with all and Singular the houses Out houses Edifices Buildings Gardens ways waters water courses commodities advantages priviledges and appurtenances to the same tract or parcel of Land belonging or appurtaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof and of every part and parcell thereof And also all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust profitt property claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Henry Boon of into and out of the same tract or parcell of Land and premisses with the appurtenances and of into and out of every part and parcell thereof To have and to hold the said tract or parcell of Land and premisses with the Appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof to him the said Ignatius Digges his heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoofe of him the said Ignatius Digges his heirs and assigns forever And the said Henry Boon for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby covenant Grant promise and Agree to and with the said Ignatius Digges his heirs Executors and Administrators that he the said Henry Boon and his heirs the aforesaid tract or parcell of Land and premisses with the Appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof to him the said Ignatius Digges his heirs and Assigns from and against him the said Henry Boon and his heirs and from and against all manner of person and persons whatsoever Shall and will warrant and for ever hereafter defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of us Henry Boon (seal) J Hepburn George Digges Ign.t Digges (seal) On the back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus written viz.t Received on the day and Year first within written of and from the within named Ignatius Digges the sum of One hundred pounds Sterling money being the consideration money within mentioned to be by him paid to me received by me Witness J Hepburn Henry Boon On the ninth day of May seventeen hundred and sixty seven came the within named Henry Boon before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged the within Instrument of writing to be his Act and Deed and the Land and premisses therein mentioned with the Appurtenances to be the Right and Estate of the within named Ignatius Digges his heirs and Assigns forever according to the true intent and meaning of the Same Deed At the Same time also came Jane Boone the wife of the above named Henry Boon and being by me examined privately apart from and out of the hearing of her said Husband acknowledged and relinquished all her Right and Title of Dower of |
