       Indenture Witnesseth that the said Joseph Cowman and John Thomas for and in
       consideration of the Premisses and of the sum of five Shillings current money to them in hand
       paid by the said John Snowden at and before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the
       receipt whereof they do hereby severally acknowledge and of and from every part thereof do
       hereby acquit exonerate and discharge the said John Snowden by these Presents and also
       in Pursuance of the trust reposed in them and for the true and perfect fulfilling the Intent
       purpose and meaning of the aforerecited Deed of Bargain and sale and every Clause
       Article and thing therein contained Have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed
       and confirmed And by these presents do grant bargain sell alien enfeoff and confirm unto
       the said John Snowden his heirs and Assigns forever One undivided third part of all and
       Singular the Lands Tenements Hereditaments and all Reversions Remainders Interests
       Rights properties and Advantages real mixt and personal with the appurtenances
       thereto belonging in the said recited Deed of Bargain and Sale mentioned (except as
       therein is excepted) To have and to hold the said One undivided third part of all
       and Singular the Lands Tenements Hereditaments and all Reversions Remainders Interests
       Rights properties and advantages real mixt and personal with the appurtenances
       thereto belonging in the said recited Deed of Bargain and Sale mentioned except as therein
       is excepted unto him the said John Snowden his heirs and Assigns forever and to and for no
       other use Intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the parties to these presents
       have hereto set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and Year first within written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered

       On the back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Written viz.t

       May the 21 1767  Received of the within named John Snowden the sum of five Shillings
       current money being the consideration money within mentioned

       On the Twenty first Day of May Seventeen hundred and Sixty seven came Joseph Cowman and
       John Thomas before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the peace for Ann
       Arundel County and Acknowledged Severally the within writing to be their Act and
       Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the right and Estate of the
       within named John Snowden his heirs and assigns forever according to the true intent
       and meaning of the within Indenture and the Act of Assembly in Such Case made and
