       bearing Date the Day next before the Date of these Presents made between the said John
       Snowden party hereto Thomas Snowden of Ann Arundel County Iron Master and Samuel Snowden
       of the same County Iron Master sons of Richard Snowden late of Ann Arundel County deceased
       on the one part and the said Joseph Cowman and John Thomas on the other part the
       said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden for and in consideration of the
       Sum of five Shillings Current Money to each of them in hand paid by the said Joseph
       Cowman and John Thomas the receipt whereof they thereby acknowledged did grant
       bargain Sell alien enfeoff and confirm unto the said Joseph Cowman and John Thomas
       all and singular the Lands Tenements Hereditaments and all Reversions Remainders
       Interests Rights properties and Advantages real mixt and personal with all and
       Singular the Appurtenances thereto belonging which they the said Thomas Snowden
       Samuel Snowden and John Snowden or either of them held enjoyed occupied
       possessed or were any ways entituled unto by and under the last will and
       Testament of the said Richard Snowden deceased (except as in the said Deed is
       excepted) To have and to hold the aforesaid Lands Tenements Hereditaments
       and the said Reversions Remainders Interests Rights properties and Advantages
       with all and Singular the Appurtenances to them the said Joseph Cowman and John
       Thomas their heirs and Assigns to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes in the said
       recited Deed declared (that is to say) that they the said Joseph Cowman and
       John Thomas their heirs or assigns should and would within five Days next
       after the Day of the Date thereof at the reasonable request and Charges of them the
       said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden or either of them by
       Deeds of Bargain and Sale or by such other Good and Sufficient Deeds Conveyances
       or Assurances in the Law whatsoever as should by the said Thomas Snowden
       Samuel Snowden and John Snowden or either of them or either of their Counsel
       learned in the Law be devised advised or required well and sufficiently convey
       assure make over and acknowledge one undivided third part of the before mentioned
       Lands and Premisses to Thomas Snowden his heirs and Assigns forever One other
       undivided third part of the said Land and Premisses unto the said Samuel Snowden
       his Heirs and Assigns forever And one undivided third part of the aforesaid Land and
       Premisses unto the said John Snowden his heirs and Assigns forever And the said Thomas
       Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden by the said recited Deed of Bargain
       and Sale did declare that the Intent thereof was to enable the said Joseph Cowman
       and John Thomas to reconvey the said Lands and Premisses unto them the said Thomas
       Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden in manner therein before mentioned
       to sever the Jointenancy and to prevent and bar all Benefit of Survivorship to them
       the said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden or either of them
       of into or out of the said premisses or any part thereof as by the said recited Deed
       relation being thereunto had may more fully and at large appear Now this
