       do hereby acquit exonerate and discharge the said Samuel Snowden by these Presents and
       also in Pursuance of the Trust reposed in them and for the true and perfect fullfilling the
       Intent purpose and meaning of the aforesaid Deed of Baltimore and Sale and every Clause
       article and thing therein contained Have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and
       confirmed and by these presents  Do grant bargain sell alien enfeoff and confirm unto the
       said Samuel Snowden his heirs and Assigns forever one undivided third part of all and
       Singular the Lands Tenements Hereditaments and all Reversions Remainders Interests
       Rights properties and advantages real mixt and personal with the appurtenances thereto
       belonging in the said recited Deed of Bargain and Sale mentioned except as therein is
       excepted  To have and to hold the said one undivided third part of all and Singular
       the Lands Tenements Hereditaments and all Reversions Remainders Interests Rights
       properties and Advantages real mixt and personal with the appurtenances thereto
       belonging in the said recited Deed of Bargain and Sale mentioned except as therein is
       excepted unto him the said Samuel Snowden his heirs and Assigns forever and to and
       for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever  In Witness whereof the parties to
       these presents have hereto set their Hands and affixed their Seals the Day and Year first
       above mentioned

       On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus written viz.t

       May 21.st 1767  Received of the within named Samuel Snowden the Sum of five Shillings
       current money being the Consideration Money within Mentioned
       Witness
       Elisha Harrison  John Weems                                    Jos Cowman
                                                                                        Jn.o Thomas

       On the Twenty first Day of May seventeen hundred and Sixty Seven personally appeared
       the within named Joseph Cowman and John Thomas before us the Subscribers two of
½ sides       his Lordships Justices of the peace for Ann Arundel County and Severally acknowledged
       the within Indenture to be their Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein
       mentioned to be the right and Estate of the within named Samuel Snowden his heirs
       and Assigns forever agreeable to the true intent and meaning of the within Deed and
       the Act of Assembly in Such Case made and provided
       Recorded the 21.st day of May 1767                              Elisha Harrison

       hundred and Sixty Seven Between Joseph Cowman and John Thomas on the one part and
       John Snowden of Ann Arundel County Iron Master Son of Richard Snowden late of Ann Arundel
       County Iron Master deceased on the other part Whereas by Deed of Bargain and Sale
