       lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid or else where in America and formerly
       in the seisin and Possession of the said Edward Fottrell the Father of the said Achsah
       Taaffe to such Person or persons as he the said John Flanagan shall think fit
       and forsuch Term as he shall think fit or to sell and dispose of the same absolutely
       either by Public Cant or private Sale as he shall think proper and in our Names
       to Execute all such Leases Deeds or Conveyances thereof or of any part thereof as may
       be necessary  And we likewise impower and authorize the said John Flanagan for
       us and in our Names and for our proper use and Benifit to ask demand sue for
       recover and receive of and from all and every the Tenants Farmers and occupiers of our said
       Several Messuages Farms Lands Tenements and Hereditmaments and all and every other
       person and persons whatsoever all such Debts Duties Rent and Rents Arrearages of
       Rents Sum and Sums of Money due or hereafter to be due to us the said Robert Taaffe
       and Achsah Taaffe And upon Receipt or Receiptes thereof in our Name or in his
       own name to make and give acquittances and other legal Discharges for the Same, And also
       for us and in our name and stead to make Entry or Entries into any Lands Tenements
       or Hereditaments of us the said Robert Taaffe and Achsah Taaffe and thereupon to take
       or cause to be taken any Distress or Distresses out of which any Rent or Rents
       or other Duty or thing is or shall be due reserved or payable unto us by virtue of any
       Lease made by the said Edward Fottrell or otherwise howsoever And We the said
       Robert and Achsah Taaffe authorise and appoint our said attorney for us and in
       Our Name and for our own proper use and Benefit to ask demand sue for recover
       and receve of and from William Payne named in the last will and Testament of the
       said Edward Fottrell all Such Sum or Sums of Money Debts and Demands whatsoever
       which are now due and owing unto his the said Robert and Achsah Taaffe by and from
       the said William Payne and to have use and take all lawfull ways and means in our
       Names or therewise for the Recovery thereof by Attachment Arrest Distress or otherwise  
       and to compound and agree for the same and acquittances or other sufficient Discharges for
       the same for us and in Our Names to make Seal and deliver and to do all other lawfull
       acts and things whatsoever concerning the premisses as full and in every Respect as we
       ourselves might or could do were we personally present at the doing thereof, Ratifying
       and confirming and by these presents allowing whatsoever our said attorney or any
       other attorney or attorneys which he shall or may appoint under him in our
       Names lawfully do or cause to be done in and about the premisses by virtue of these
       Presents  In Witness whereof We have hereunto Set our Hands and Seals in
       the Presence of the said Lord Mayor Public Notary and other the witnesses hereunto
