       degrees East fifty four Perches South Sixty degrees East twenty four

       of Middle Bennetts Creek called Cabbin branch and About ten or
       twelve Perches from the Beginning Tree of a Tract of Land laid out for
       Benjamin Rider called Grinnitts Prospect and about three steps to the
       Eastward of the first line of the aforesaid Land and running thence
       south fifty five degrees East forty four Perches South sixty eight degrees
       East fifty two Perches South thirty four degrees west thirty four Perches South
       sixty Eight degrees East seventy two perches North fifty three degrees
       East one hundred perches north sixteen degrees west eighty six Perches
       then with a streight line to the Beginning Trees Containing and laid
       out for one hundred Acres of Land Also all that Tract or Parcell of Land
       called Clark of the Council lying and being in Ann Arundel County
       Beginning at a Bounded Red Oak standing at the End of the East
       and by South line of Champs Adventure thence East and by South ninety
       Perches to a Bounded white Oak of the Land called the Lott thence north
       two hundred Perches to a Bounded white oak thence north north East
       sixty perches to a bounded Red oak Saplin thence west north west with
       Roper Gray ninety one perches thence west thirty eight degrees Southerly one
