(166) and Granted to the aforesaid Thomas Evans by Patent on or about the tenth day of June Seventeen hundred and Thirty four which Part of the said Tract of Land hereby Conveyed is contained within the Meets and Bounds following That is to say Beginning at the Original Beginning of the said Tract of Land called Meurs which is at the North West corner of a tract of Land called Grange which was Granted by Patent to Coll.o Henry Jowles but is now in the possession of the said Richard Henderson And Running Thence with the said land called Meurs South South East Five hundred perches to a Bounded white oak by a small Creek Side near the Eastern Branch aforesaid being the South East Corner tree of the said Land called Grange the second Tree of Meurs and the Beginning tree of Chance aforesaid Thence North fifty degrees West Twelve perches then North Sixty two Degrees west Thirty Eight perches Then North forty three Degrees West Fifteen perches then North fifty two Degrees West Twenty eight perches then North Eighteen Degrees West Ten perches then North forty eight Degrees West Twenty four perches then North Sixty degrees West Forty two perches and a half of a perch then South Eleven Degrees west Twenty four perches then South twenty two Degrees west Twenty Six perches and a half of a perch to the out line of the said Tract of Land called Meurs then with said land North North West Four hundred and forty perches to a Black Oak being the Last bounded tree of Meurs aforesaid then with a Streight line to the Beginning first above mentioned The said part Containing and Now laid out for Three hundred and fifteen Acres of Land be the same More or less with all Houses Fences Trees Woods and Waters and all Improvements and Advantages to the said part of the Tract of Land aforesaid belonging or Deemed to belong or in any wise appertaining or Deemed to appertain and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof And all the Estate Right Title and Interest use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Walter Evans of in and to the same Together with a Liberty to the said Richard Henderson his heirs and Assigns to cut four Ditches in different places into the Mill Dam and the Race of the said Walter Evans to let in water therefrom one perch and a half within the lines of the Land hereby Conveyed which are adjacent to the said Dam and Race for the use of Creatures only so as that such water shall not be allowed to run off nor the Mill of the said Walter Evans be deprived of one drop thereof (except what shall be drank by Creatures) by any manner of way whatsoever but the said water to stand in ponds within the lines aforesaid and none of the four ponds (to) |
