       That at the time of the Sealing and Delivery of these presents he the same Thomas
       Durbin (Party hereto) hath both in Law and Equity Good Right and Absolute
       authority to bargain for sell convey and make over to the said John Beale Bordley and
       his heirs the above bargained Land and Premisses with the appurtenances and Every
       part thereof in manner and form as by these Presents are contained and that the
       same are free and Clear of and from all Burthens Charges and Incumbrances
       whatsoever (the charge of Quit Rents hereafter to arise due to Lord Baltimore and
       his heirs or assigns only excepted)  In Witness whereof the said Parties hereto
       have interchangeably sett Their hands and Seals the Day and year above

       On The Back of the aforegoing Deed was Thus Written Viz.t
      
       Received the second day of September 1766 of the within named John Beale Bordley
       Sixty one pounds and Ten Shillings Current Money being the full consideration
       Money within mentioned to be by him paid to me                        his
          Witness JBordley, Nathan Horner                               Thomas X Durbin

       Be it remembered that on the Third day of September in the year Seventeen
       hundred and Sixty Six fully seisin and possession of the Land and Premisses within
       mentioned or intended to be bargained and Sold were had and Delivered by the
       within named Thomas Durbin (Party to the within Indenture) to the within
       named John Beale Bordley to hold to him the said John Beale Bordley and his
       Heirs and Assigns for Ever according to the purport and True intent and meaning
       of the within Indenture            in presence of us the Subscribers

       Reced 3.d Day of September 1766 Two Shillings Sterling Alienation Fine
       due on the within Deed for the use of the Lord Baltimore by Order of Edward
       Lloyd Esq his Lordships Agent                                    John Boyd  Depy
