       for that purpose it is hereby covenanted granted and agreed by and between all the
       said parties to these presents that before the end of the next April provincial court
       one or more writ or writs of Entry sur disseisin en le post (at the costs and charges
       of the same Henry Nail shall and may be brought and prosecuted against him
       the said David Clark in the Name of the Same John Veazy as plaintiff or
       Demandant therein for the aforesaid parcell of Land with the Appurtenances
       by such Name or Names quantity quality number of content of acres or other
       certainties and descriptions as shall or may be apt and convenient in that behalf
       to which writ or writs the said David Clark shall and will appear Gratis in
       his proper person or by some Attorney or Attornies of the provincial court lawfully
       Authorized and improved and Shall vouch to warrant the premisses the same Henry
       Nail and Sarah his wife who shall likewise appear gratis in their proper persons
       or by their Attorney or Attornies lawfully Authorized and Shall and will enter into
       the said warranty and vouch over to warrant the same premisses the Common
       Vouchee who shall thereupon appear and enter into the said warranty and after
       imparlance make Default and such further and other proceedings shall be
       therein had so that one or more good and perfect Common Recovery or Recoveries
       with double Voucher shall and may be had suffered perfected and Executed in all
       Things according to the usual form of Common Recoveries with double voucher
       for Assurance of Lands in such cases used and accustomed And it is hereby further
       covenanted concluded granted and agreed by and between all the said parties to these
       presents that from and after the suffering and perfecting the said Recovery or Recoveries
       as aforesaid of for or upon the said hereby released premisses or any part
       thereof as well these presents and the Assurance hereby made as also the Common
       Recovery or Recoveries as aforesaid or in any other manner to be had suffered
       and perfected shall be and enure and shall be adjudged construed deemed and Taken
       and is was meant and intended and is hereby Declared to be and enure to the
       Recoveror or Recoverors in the said Recoveries or Recovery named or to be named and he
       and they and his and their Heirs shall stand and be Seised of the said parcell of Land
       and premisses and every part thereof to and for the only proper use and behoof of the
       said Henry nail and Sarah his wife and their Heirs forever and to and for no other
       use intent or purpose whatsoever  In Witness whereof the parties aforesaid have
       to these presents set their Hands and Seals interchangeably the day and year
