(113) Ebenezers Park Surveyed the sixteenth day of April sixteen hundred and Eighty four for Ebenezer Blackston on the head of Salt Peter Creek Containing Two hundred Acres of Land More or Less, Fullers Outlet surveyed the first day of January sixteen hundred and Eighty five for John Fuller on the East side of Middle Run Containing One hundred Acres of Land More or Less, Also Richardsons Level Surveyed the first day of July Sixteen hundred and Seventy Six for Thomas Richardson on the South side of Gun Powder River Containing Two hundred and Seven Acres of Land more or Less Refferance being had to the said Surveys will more fully and at Large appear Which Eight Tracts or Parcels of Land ^as^ aforesaid Contains Fifteen Hundred and Twenty six Acres of Land More or Less, with all and Singular the Edifices Improvements and Appurtenances to the said Land belonging or which are Deemd to belong to the said land and the Reversion and Reversions remainder and Remainder Rents Issues and Other Profits of the said Land and Premisses hereby Granted Bargained sold Aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed and of every Part and parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever Both in Law and Equity of the said William Andrew Therein and thereunto To have and to hold all the said Eight Tracts or Parcels of Land and Premisses aforesaid to Occupy Possess and enjoy the Same with all and singular the Premisses herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby Granted Bargained Sold Aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed and every part and Parcel thereof unto him the said Nicholas Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to the only proper use and behoof of him the said Nicholas Maccubbin his heirs and assigns forever and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said William Andrew for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant Grant and Agree to and him the said Nicholas Maccubbin his heirs and Assigns by these presents that the said William Andrew and his heirs shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter warrant and Defend the aforesaid land and Premisses with the Appurtenances herein before Granted Bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed from and against all manner of Person or Persons whatsoever Provided Always and it is the True intent and meaning of these presents that if the said William Andrew his heirs Executors or Administrators shall well and Truly pay unto the said Nicholas Maccubbin his Executors Administrators or Assigns the said Sum of Five hundred pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain or any other Sum or Sums of Money that shall be Advanced unto the said William Andrew by the said Nicholas Maccubbin at (The) |
