(105) his Heirs and Assigns for Ever all that Tract or Parcell of Land called Hunters Forrest lying and being in Baltimore County according to the Patent thereof but since found to be in Frederick County containing forty three Acres and an half of Land more or less according to the Metes and Bounds of the Certificate and Patent thereof and also one other Tract or Parcell of Land called This or None lying and being in Frederick County containing sixty Acres of Land more or less according to the Metes and Bounds of the Certificate and Patent thereof together with all Rights Profits Benefits Priviledges and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the aforesaid two Tracts or Parcells of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Henry Green his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to the only proper use and Behoofe of him the said Henry Green his heirs and assigns for Ever and the said Thomas Murry his Heirs Executors and Administrators the aforesaid bargained Tracts or Parcels of Land and Premisses unto him the said Henry Green his heirs and assigns for Ever shall and will warrant and defend against him the said Thomas Murry his heirs Executors and Administrators and also against all and every other Person or Persons whatsoever claiming or to claim any Right Title or Interest whatsoever of in or to the aforesaid bargained Lands & Premisses In Witness whereof the said Thomas Murry hath hereunto set his Hand and seal the Day and Year first above written Signed Sealed and delivered his in the Presence of Thomas T Murry (seal) NRuxton Gay mark Will.m Aisquith On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Written viz.t Received the 24.th day of June 1766 of Henry Green one hundred Pounds Current Money it being the Condition Money for the within Two Tracts or Parcels of Land and Premisses Witness my hand his Witness Thomas T Murry Will.m Aisquith mark On the 24.th Day of June 1766 Came Thomas Murry Party to the within Deed and acknowledged the within mentioned bargained Two Tracts or Parcells of Land to be the Right Title and Estate of the within Henry Green his heirs and assigns for Ever and at the same time came Rhoda Murry wife to the said Thomas Murry and being privately examined out of the Hearing of her said Husband did freely and voluntary and of |
