       relinquished her Right of Dower to the Tract of Land within mentioned to be
       granted bargained and sold and fully consented to the within Instrument
       of Writing and that she did the same willingly & freely without being induced
       thereto by Fears or Threats of or ill usage by her said Husband or fear of his

          This Indenture made this eleventh Day of March in the Year of our
       Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty six Between James Tilghman
       the third of the City of Annapolis in Ann Arundel County Attorney at Law
       of the one part and David Lindsey Ward of Charles County Planter of the other
       part Whereas for the Docking barring and extinguishing all Estates Tail and
       Reversions and Remainders thereupon expectant or depending of and in the Land and
       Appurtenances herein after mentioned the said James Tilghman as Demandant
       hereafter (at the Request Costs and Charges of the said David Lindsey Ward) to
       prosecute and sue out of his Lordships High Court of Chancery his said Lordships Writ
       of Entry sur Disseisin en le post against him the said David Lindsey Ward returnable
       and to be returned to the next Provincial Court at Annapolis on the Second Tuesday
       of April next whereby the said James Tilghman is to Demand against him the
       same David Lindsey Ward all that parcell of plantable Land called and known
       by the Name of Ingorthop scituate lying and being at the Head of Nanjamy in
