Exam.^d    This Indenture made this Twelfth
        day of July in the Year of our Lord One thousand
        Seven hundred and sixty two    Between Henry
        Wright Crabb of Frederick County and province
        of Maryland of the one part and Richard Snowden
        of Ann Arundel County and province aforesaid
        Gentleman of the other part    Witnesseth that the
        said Henry Wright Crabb for and in consideration
        of Two Hundred & Fifty four pounds Five Shillings
        Sterling Money to him in hand paid by the said Richard
        Snowden the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
        Hath Granted Bargained Sold aliened confirmed
        and made over and by these presents doth grant
        Bargain sell alien confirm and make over unto
        the said Richard Snowden one Track or parcell
        of Land lying in the aforesaid county being part
