        White Oak it being the Beginning Tree of a Tract of Land
        called Hunting Lott and Running thence south Twenty
        seven Degrees West sixty Perches south Seventy nine degrees
        West Forty six Perches North seven Degrees West Twenty eight
        Perches North Twenty four Degrees East sixty Perches
        North Forty six perches North Forty Degrees East
        Forty five Perches North thirty Nine Degrees west thirty
        two perches south sixty seven Degrees West Fifty Eight
        perches North eighty five Degrees West sixty two Perches
        south thirty four Degrees West One hundred and fifty five
        Perches south seventy seven Degrees East Two hundred
        and Ten Perches then to the Beginning Tree containing and
        now laid out for one hundred and forty five Acres of Land ^more or less^
        Together with all and singular the premisses and appurtenances
        thereunto belonging or in any Wise appurtaining
        To have and to hold the said Tract or parcell of
        Land aforesaid together with all and singular the
        Premisses and Appurtenances unto the said William
        Hall his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper use
        and behoof of him the said William Hall his Heirs and
        Assigns for ever    And the said Basil Dorsey senior
        and his heirs the said Tract or parcel of Land unto the
        said William Hall and his Heirs    In Manner and form
        aforesaid conveyed and against all and every other
        Person and Persons what soever lawfully claiming
