Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper use
        and behoof of them the said Absalom Shipley & Adam
        Shipley their Heirs and Assigns for ever  And the
        said Peter Shipley and his heirs the Tract or parcell
        of Land unto the said Absalom Shipley & Adam
        Shipley and their Heirs  In Maner and form afd
        conveyed against him the said Peter Shipley and
        his heirs and against all and every other person or
        persons Whatsoever Lawfully Claiming by from
        or under him the said Peter Shipley his Heirs or Assigns
        shall and will Warrant & for ever Defend  And
        further that he the said Peter Shipley and his Heirs
        shall upon Request make do Suffer Acknowledge
        and Execute any other or further act or acts thing
        or things in the Law whatsoever that shall by the said
        Absalom Shipley & Adam Shipley their Heirs or Assigns
        or them or their Council learned in the Law be reasonably
        divised advised or Required for the better and more sure
        Makeing the said Bargained premisses to the said
        Absalom Shipley & Adam Shipley their heirs &
        assigns for ever, In Witness whereof hte partie
        first above written hath hereunto interchangeably
        set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year
