        Beginning at two bounded white oaks standing on the

        forty perches north seventy one and a half Degrees East
        Eighty Eight perches North Nine & a half degrees West
        Ninety three perches North seventy degrees West Twenty
        perches south forty six degrees West Eighteen perches south
        seventy & a half degrees West seventy five perches south
        thirty seven & a half Deg.^res West one hundred and fifty
        two perches south sixty five degrees East fifty two perches
        then with a streight line to the first beginning containing
        and now laid out for one hundred Acres of Land
        More or Less Together with all and singular the
        premisses and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
