Exam.^d  This Indenture made this Seventh
        day of August Anno Domini One thousand
        Seven hundred & Sixty two Between Peter
        Shipley of Baltimore County Planter of the
        one part and Absalom Shipley & Adam Shipley
        both of the said county planters of the other part
        Witnesseth that the said Peter Shipley for and
        in consideration of the sum of Twenty Pounds sterling
        Money to him in hand paid at and before the ensealing
        and delivery of these presents by the said Absolom Shipley
        and Adam Shipley the Receipts whereof he the said
        Peter Shipley doth hereby acknowledge and himself
        there with fully satisfied contented and paid and
        thereof and therefrom & from every part and parcell
