of the aforesaid George Maxwell his Executors Administrators
        or Assigns make, do, execute and acknowledge all & every such
        act matter & thing as shall be necessary for the more effectual
        assignment of the said premisses or any part thereof to the afd
        George Maxwell his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns
        and to enable him & them to recover & receive the same or any
        part thereof to his & their sole use & benefit, and the said
        George Maxwell for himself his Heirs Executors & Administrators
        doth hereby covenant promise & grant to & with the aforesaid
        James Forbes his Executors Administrators and Assigns, that
        he the said George Maxwell his Executors Administrators
        and Assigns (that he the said George Maxwell his Executors
        Administrators and Assigns) shall & will, well & truly save
        harmless & keep indemnified the said James Forbes
        his Heirs Executors & Administrators of from & against all
        debts claims & Demands whatsoever that are due from, or
        that shall be brought against or made on them the said
        George Maxwell & James Forbes or either of them as copartners
        aforesaid & also of from & against all costs dammages &
        charges that shall or may happen or arise in or by any suit
        or suits to be brought as aforesaid for the Recovery & receipt
        of the said assignd premisses or any of them  In Witness
        whereof the Parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably
        set their hands & affixed their seals the Day & Year first
