S.^t Marys County fs.^t  June 30.^th 1762  Came before me the
        subscriber one of his Lordships Justices for the county aforesaid, the
        within named James Forbes & acknowledged the within Instrument of
        Writing to be his Act & Deed & the premisses within mentioned to be
        bargained sold  assignd to be the Right property and Estate of the
        within named George Maxwell his Executors Administrators
        Assigns according to the true intent & meaning of the within deed
        & the act of assembly in such case made and provided
