Edward Digges, William Digges
and Henry Daniel Digges
of the Province of Maryland
Gentleman of the one part
and Jacob Danner of Frederick
County Farmer on the other
part Witnesseth that
the said Edward William and
Henry Daniel Digges for
an din consideration of the sum
of One Thousand Pounds Currency
to them in hand paid
at or before the sealing
and delivery of these presents by the said
Jacob Danner the Receipt
whereof they do hereby acknowledge
and thereof do acquit and
discharge the said Jacob Danner
his Heirs Executors and
Administrators Have given
granted, bargained, sold,
aliened, enfeoffed and confirmed
and by these presents do
for them and their Heirs give, grant,
