Ex.d  This Indenture made this Twenty sixth Day of
        June One thousand seven hundred and sixty two  Between
        Edward Digges, William Digges and Henry Daniel Digges
        of the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the one part
        and Jacob Danner of Frederick County Farmer on the other
        part  Witnesseth that the said Edward William and
        Henry Daniel Digges for an din consideration of the sum
        of One Thousand Pounds Currency to them in hand paid
        at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents by the said
        Jacob Danner the Receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge
        and thereof do acquit and discharge the said Jacob Danner
        his Heirs Executors and Administrators  Have given
        granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed and confirmed
        and by these presents do for them and their Heirs give, grant,
        bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff and confirm unto him the said
        Jacob Danner his Heirs and Assigns for ever all that Tract
        or parcell of Land called Spring Plain situate and lying
        in Frederick County but formerly in Prince George's County
        Beginning at a bounded White oack Tree, and a
        Bounded Black Gum Tree standing on the East side of
        Israels Creek running thence North thirteen Degrees East
        two hundred Ninety Eight perches thence North forty perches
        thence North forty forty Degrees West One hundred Twenty
        Eight perches, then south sixty one Degrees West one hundred
        Twenty eight perches then south Ten Degrees West one hundred
        sixty eight perches then south Twenty six Degrees West
        forty perches, then south Nine Degrees West Eighty perches
        then North seventy five Degrees West Twenty eight perches
        then North Nine degrees East One hundred and Twenty perches
        then North Twenty five Degrees East sixty Eight perches
        then North Twenty Eight Degrees West Twenty four perches
        then South sixty two Degrees West seventy eight perches
