and Distances to the said
common Road or way from Scotts Street
to the Wind Mill and in
by and over the said common Way to Scotts
Street aforesaid And further
that there shall not be raised built or
erected any House or other
Building other than a Wind Mill or Wind
Mills on any Part of the
said Bargained and Sold or meant mentioned
or intended to be bargained
and sold Premisses whereby the Prospect
of the Water from the present
Dwelling House of him the said
Walter Dulany shall or may
be in any manner Obstructed unless
by Licence first had and
obtained in Writing under the Hand
of him the said Walter Dulany
his Heirs or Assigns Provided always
and it is the True Intent
and meaning of these Presents that no
Building twenty feet to
the Northward of the end of the compting House
and from the End of such
Building in a Parralel Line to the
Water shall be construed
any Obstruction to the Prospect of the
present Dwelling House of
him the Said Walter Dulany any
Thing herein contained to
the contrary Notwithstanding In
