        and Appurtenances unto the said Richard Henderson his Heirs and
        Assigns for ever  And the said William Magruder Selby doth Covenant
        & Agree to Warrant and Defend the Said Land & Premisses unto the said
        Richard Henderson against all Persons Claiming under him the said
        William Magruder Selby  In Witness whereof the said William
        Magruder Selby hath hereunto set his Hand and Seal the Date
        above written
        Signed Sealed & Delivered
        in the Presence of us                    W.m Magruder Selby        (seal)

            On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit

        Received of Richard Henderson Five Shillings Sterling being the
        Consideration within mentioned May 21.st 1762

        Memorandum That on the Day and Year within Written Came
        William Magruder Selby Party thereto and Acknowledged the within
        instrument as his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein
        Mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named Richard
        Henderson his Heirs and Assigns for ever
                                        Acknowledged before        J Hepburn

Exam.d  This Indenture made this Nineteenth day of February in the
        Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and sixty two  Between Walter
        Dulany of the City of Annapolis Esquire of the one Part and James
        Dick of London Town Merchant and Daniel Wolstenholme of the City
        of Annapolis aforesaid Esquire of the other Part  Witnesseth that for
