        On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit
 
        Ann Arund.l County fs    April 23.d 1762  Then came before us the
        subscribers Two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Ann Arundel
        County the within named Ely Dorsey and acknowledged the within
        Instrument of Writing to be his Act and deed and the Land and
        Premisses therein specified to be the Right and Estate of the within
        named William Hall his Heirs and Assigns according to the true intent
        and meaning thereof                                    Henry Hall

        May 7.th 1762  Received of M.r William Hall Two Pounds eight
        shillings and one Penny sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore
        being the Alienation Fine on the within one thousand two hundred
        and two Acres of Land by Virtue of a Commission from Edward
        Lloyd Esq.r his said Lordship's Agent and Receiver General
        Recorded 10.th May 1762

x.d   To all to whom these Presents shall come Micajah
        Perry Esquire one of the Aldermen of the City of London and
        Philip Perry of London Merchant acting executors of the last
        Will and Testament of Micajah Perry their Grandfather late of
        London Merchant deceased who in his Lifetime was Partner with
        and survived Richard Perry his son send Greeting  Whereas for
        many years during the Joint Lives of the said Micajah Perry
        Deceased and Richard Perry there were Considerable Dealings in
        the way of Merchandize between them on the one Part and Philemon
        Lloyd Late of Maryland in parts beyond the Seas Esquire on the other
