        of Land belonging to Basil Dorsey Sen.^r then with said Land south thirty four

        to the Beginning Tree of said Land it being likewise the begining Tree of a Tract of
        Land called Hunting Lott then with said Land Reverst North forty eight Degrees
        and a half Degree East one hundred and fifty four Perches to the half line of the first
        mentioned Land called the Resurvey on Pleasant Valley then with said Land

        seventy four Perches to the Beginning Tree of said Land still with said Land south forty

        Perches, to the eight marked Trees containing in the said Part One thousand two
        hundred and two Acres of Land more or Less, together with all and Singular the Improvements
        Profits and Advantages to the same part belonging and all the Estate Right
        Title and Interest either in Law or equity of him the said Ely Dorsey of into or out
        of the same and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents
        Issues and Profits of that part hereby conveyed or intended so to be  To have and
        to hold the same Parcel of Land hereby conveyed agreeable to the courses aforesaid
        containing one thousand two hundred and two acres and other the Premisses with
        the appurtenances unto him the said William Hall his Heirs and Assigns forever to
        his and their own proper use and Behoof and to no other    Intent or Purpose whatsoever
