        Part In the Course of which Dealings the said Philemon Lloyd became
        considerably indebted to the said Micajah Perry deceased and Richard Perry
        which dealings were after the Death of the said Richard Perry continued
        between the said Micajah Perry deceased and the said Philemon Lloyd to the
        Time of the Death of the said Micajah Perry deceased  At the Time of whose
        Death the said Philemon Lloyd remained considerable indebted to him on account
        of the said Joint and Seperate Dealings as well by Mortgage and Bond as upon
        an Account Current depending between them  And whereas the said
        Micajah Perry Esquire and Philip Perry after the Death of their said
        Grandfather continued to Deal with the said Philemon Lloyd in the way
        of Merchandize untill or neat ^to^ the Time of the Death of the said Philemon
        Lloyd which happen'd in the Month of March One thousand seven hundred
        and thirty two and the said Philemon Lloyd at the Time of his Death remained
        considerably indebted to the said Micajah Perry Esquire and Philip
        Perry both as executors of their said Grandfather and on their own
        proper account  And Whereas the said Philemon Lloyd ^dying^ Intestate
        at Maryland aforesaid Samuel Chew of the same place Esquire (who
        married the only Daughter of the said Philemon Lloyd) obtained Letters of
        Administration of his Personal Estate out of the proper court there  And
        Whereas the said Micajah Perry Esquire and Philip Perry have some
        time since made out and Delivered to the said Samuel Chew an Account
        of the Debt remaining due to them as Executors of their said Grandfather
        and in their own Right from the said Philemon Lloyd's Estate
        upon the said Mortgage and Bond and the Account Current depending
        between them By which Account the Ballance coming to the said Micajah
        Perry Esquire and Philip Perry was made to be one thousand and Ninety
        five Pounds Fifteen Shillings and seven Pence  And Whereas the
        said Samuel Chew approved the said account so far as related to all the
        Principal summes therein charged  But objected to the interest charged therein
        or to some Part thereof  And Whereas for the closing all the said accounts
