406 and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And lastly the said Thomas Clayland for and in consideration of the sum of Five shillings Current Money to him in hand paid by the said Samuel Lane doth hereby for himself and his heirs Remise release quit Claim and Confirm unto the said Samuel Lane his Heirs and assigns in his and their quiet seisin and possession being all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and demand of him the said Thomas Clayland of in and ot the same Lands and premisses ^and every part thereof to have and To hold the same Lands & premisses^ to the said Samuel Lane his heirs and assign to his and their proper uses for ever and to no other Use Intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the afd hath hereto set his hand & seal the day & Year afd Thomas Clayland Signed Sealed and Delivered before us William Cooke and John Lowe On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written viz Maryland fs.t Be it remembered that on the third day of May in the Year seventeen hundred and sixty three came before me the subscriber one of the Lord Prop.ry that now is his Justices of the Provincial Court the within Thomas Clayland Party to this Deed and acknowledged the same Deed and the Lands and premisses therien contained unto the within Samuel Lane his heirs and assigns to his and their proper uses for ever according to the act of assembly in such case provided In Witness whereof I hereto set my hand the day and Year afores.d Jn.o Brice 6 s.d Recorded the 27.th day of May 1763 |
