       as is herein after mentioned and for that purpose it is hereby
       Covenanted Granted and agreed by and between all the parties afores.d
       to these presents that before the end of the next April Provincial Court
       one or more Writ or Writs of Entry sur Disseisin en le post at the Costs and
       Charges of him the said Samuel Galloway shall and may be brought
       and prosecuted against him the said Samuel Galloway in the Name of him
       the said John Rogers as plaintiff or Demandant therein of and for the
       aforesaid undivided Moiety of the Tract of Land afores.d and premisses with the
       appurtenances by such Name or Names Quantity Quality number or content
       of acres or others certainties and discriptions as shall be apt and convenient
       in that Behalf  To which Writ or Writs the said Samuel Galloway shall
       appear gratis in his proper person or by his attorney or attornies lawfully
       authorized and shall vouch to Warrant the Premisses the said John Watkins
       who shall likewise appear appear gratis in his proper Person or by his
       attorny or attornies lawfully authorized and shall and will enter into
       the said Warranty and Vouch over to Warrant the same premisses the
       Common Vouchee who who shall thereupon appear and enter into the
       said Warranty and after imparlance make default and such further and other
       proceedings shall be therein so that one or more good and perfect Common
       Recovery or recoveries with double vouchers shall and may be had & suffered
       perfected and Executed in all things according to the Usual Form of Common
       Recoveries with double Vouchers for assurance of Lands in such cases used &
       accustomed   And it is hereby further covenanted concluded granted
       declared and fully agreed by and between all the afores.d parties to these
       presents that from and after the suffering and perfecting the said recovery
       or recoveries as well these presents and the assurance hereby made as also
       the Common Recovery or recoveries so as aforesaid or in any ^other^ manner to be
       had suffered and perfected shall be and enure and shall be adjudged
       construed deemed and taken and are and were meant & intended
