       and are hereby declared to be and enure to the recoveror or recoverors
       in the said recovery or recoveries named or to be named and he and they
       and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seized of the undivided
       Moiety of the Tract of Land aforesaid and Premisses and every part
       and parcel thereof with the appurtenances to the only proper
       use and Behoof of him the said Samuel Galloway his Heirs and
       assigns for ever and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto
       interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their seals the day
