             On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written viz

       within named Samuel Galloway the sum of Five shillings sterling
       Money being the consideration within Mentioned to be by him
       paid to me I say received by me

Exam.d   This Indenture Tripartite made this twenty third
       day of March seventeen hundred and sixty three Between John
       Watkins of Ann Arundel County in the province of Maryland
       planter of the first part Samuel Galloway of the County & province
       afd Gentleman of the second part and John Rogers of Annapolis
       of the third part Witnesseth that the said John Watkins for and in
       consideration of the sum of three hundred and twenty five pounds sterling
       Money to him in hand by the said Samuel Galloway before the ensealing
       and delivery of these presents paid the receipt whereof the said John Watkins
       doth hereby acknowledge and for the docking barring and Extinguishing all
       Estates Tail and all reversions and remainders thereupon expectant or depending
       of and in the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments herein after mentioned
