(388) consideration of the sum of Five shillings sterling Money to him in hand paid by the said Samuel Galloway at or before the sealing and delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents Doth grant bargain and sell unto him the said Samuel Galloway his executors administrators and assigns one undivided Moyety of all that Tract or parcell of Plantable Land lying and being in Ann Arundel County aforesaid and Called Watkins's Inheritance containing three hundred acres Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Comodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments advantages and appurtenances whatsoever to the same undivided Moiety of the Tract of Land aforesaid belonging or appurtaining And the revertion and reversions remainder and remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcell thereof To have and To hold the said undivided Moiety of the Tract of Land aforesaid and premisses and every part and parcel thereof with the rights Members and appurtenances unto him the said Samuel Galloway his executors administrators and assigns from the day next before the day of the date of these presents for and during and untill the full end and term of one whole Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended To the Intent and Purpose (that by force and Virtue of these presents and of the statute for transferring uses into Possession the said Samuel Galloway may be in the actual possession of the Premisses (and be thereof enabled to take and accept a Grant and release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof |
