       for assurance of Lands in such case used and accustomed And it is
       hereby further Covenanted Concluded granted declared and fully agreed
       by and between all the said parties to these presents that from & after
       the suffering and perfecting the said Recovery or Recoveries ^as well these presents & the assurance hereby made as also the comon recovery or Recoveries^ so as
       aforesaid or in any other Manner to be had suffered and perfected shall be
       and enure and shall be adjudged construed deemed and taken and
       are and were meant and intended and are hereby declared to be and
       enure to the recoverer or recoverors in the said recovery or recoveries
       named or to be named and he and they and his and their Heirs
       shall stand and be seized of the aforesaid part of the Tract of Land
       aforesaid and premisses and every part thereof to and for the only
       proper Use and Behoof of him the said George Frazier his Heirs
       and assigns for ever and to or for no other use intent or purpose
       whatsoever   In WItness whereof the Parties to these
       presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and
       affixed their seals the day and year first above written
