       be therein so that one or more good and perfect common
       recovery or recoveries with double vouchers shall and may be had
       suffered perfected and Executed in all things according to the usual
       form of Common Recoveries with double Voucher for assurance of
       Lands in such case used and accustomed   And it is hereby further
       covenanted concluded granted declared and fully agreed by & between
       all the said parties to these Presents that from and after the suffering
       and perfecting the said recovery or recoveries as well these presents and
       the assurance hereby made as also the common recovery or
       Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other manner to be suffered and
       perfected shall be and enure and shall be adjudged construed deemed
       and taken and are and were meant and intended and are hereby
       declared to be and Enure to the Recoverer or Recoverers in the
       said recovery or recoveries named or to be named and he and they
       and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seized of the Tracts
       or Parcels of Land aforesaid and premisses and every part and
       parcel thereof to and for the only proper Use and Behoofe of him
       the said Edward Day his heirs and assigns forever and to and
       or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have
       hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed the seals of
       the Day and year first above Written
