       said Edward Day (by and with the advice and consent of the said
       John Rogers testified by his being a party to and his sealing &
       Executing these presents)  Hath granted bargained sold aliened
       released and confirmed and by these presents Doth grant
       bargain sell alien release and confirm unto him the said
       Joseph Ensor (in his actual possession now being by Virtue
       of a Bargain and sale to him thereof made by him the said
       Edward Day bearing date the day next before the day of the
       date of these presents for one whole Year commencing from the
       day next before the Day of the Date thereof and by force of
       the statute for transferring uses into possession) his Heirs &
       assigns   All those several following Tracts or parcells of Land
       Lying and being in Baltimore County afores.d that is to say
          Nothing worth containing fifty seven acres Taylors Enlargement
       containing one hundred & Ten acres Dixon's Chance containing three hundred acres Taylors Mount
       containing two hundred and Fifty acres, Together with all
       Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses
       Commodities priviledges Improvements Emoluments advantages
       and appurtenances whatsoever to the same Tracts or parcells
       of Land or any or either of them belonging or appurtaining
       And the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
       Rents Issues and Profits of them or either or ay part of either
       of them   And also all the Estate right Title use Trust property
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Edward Day
       of into or out of the aforesaid Tracts or parcels of Land or either
       or any part of either of them   To have & To hold
       the said Tracts or parcells of Land and every of them and
