(375) their hands and seals the day and Year first above written Signed sealed and Delivered in the presence of Us Edward Day (s) W.m Lux & Ja.s Brice Joseph Ensor (s) On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within named Joseph Ensor the sum of Five shillings sterling Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid to me I say receivd by me Witness Edward Day Will.m Lux & Ja.s Brice Recorded the 21.st day of June 1763 4½ s.d Exam.d This Indenture Tripartite made This Twenty second day of March in the Year seventeen hundred & sixty three Between Joseph Ensor of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland planter of the first part Edward Day of the same county and province planter of the second part and John Rogers of Annapolis of the Third part Witnesseth that the said Edward Day for and in consideration of the sum of Five shillings sterling Money to him in hand paid by the said Joseph Ensor at or before the sealing & delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the Docking barring and Extinguishing all Estates Tail and all reversions and remainders thereupon Expectant or depending of and in the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments herein after mentioned he the said |
