       All those severally Following Tracts or parcels of Plantable
       Land lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid that is to say
       Nothing Worth containing fifty seven acres of Land   Taylors
       Enlargement containing One hundred and Ten acres, Dixon's
       Chance containing three hundred acres Taylor's Mount
       containing Two hundred and Fifty acres   Together with all
       Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses
       Commodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments advantages
       and appurtenances whatsoever to the same Tracts or parcels
       of Land or any or either of them belonging or appertaining
          And the reversion and reversions remainder Remainders
       rents Issues and Profits of them or either or any part of either
       of them   To have and To Hold the said Tracts
       or parcels of Land and every of them and all and singular the
       Premisses with their and each and every of their rights Members
       and appurtenances unto the said Joseph Ensor his Executors
       Administrators and assigns from the day next before the day of y.e date of these presents
       for and during and untill the full End and Term of one whole
       Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat and
       ended   To the intent and purpose (that by force and virtue of
       these presents and of the statute for transferring uses into
       possession) the said Joseph Ensor may be in the actual
       Possession of the Premisses and be thereby enabled to take and
       accept a Grant and release of the Revertion & Inheritance
       thereof to him and his Heirs for ever   In Witness whereof the
       parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably
