(369 Received on the day and Year first within written of and from the within named William Thomas the sum of Five shillings sterling Money being the Consideration Money within Mentioned to be by him paid to me I say received by me Witness George Steuart Ignatius Wheeler and James Christie Recorded the 21.st April 1763 4 s.d Exam.d This Indenture Tripartite made this twenty second day of March in the Year of seventeen hundred and sixty three Between Ignatius Wheeler of Baltimore County in Maryland planter and Elizabeth his Wife of the first part William Thomas of Prince George's County in Maryland Gentleman of the second part and John Rogers of Annapolis of the third part Witnesseth that the said Ignatius Wheeler and Elizabeth his Wife for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred pounds sterling Money of Great Britain to them in hand paid by the said William Thomas at or before the sealing and delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the Docking barring and Extinguishing all Estates Tail and all Reversions and remainders thereupon expectant or depending of and in the Land Hereditaments and Tenements herein after mentioned they the said Ignatius Wheeler and Elizabeth his Wife (by and with the advice and consent of the said John Rogers testifyed by his being a party to and his sealing and Executing these presents (Have and each of them Hath granted bargained sold aliened released and confirmed and by these presents Do and each of the Doth grant bargain sell alien release and Confirm |
