368 or parcel of Land lying and being in Cecil County called Yorkshire containing six hundred and seventy five acres, Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Tract of Land belonging or appertaining And the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcell thereof To have and To hold the said Tract or parcel of Land and Premisses and every part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances unto him the said William Thomas his Executors administrators and assigns from the day next before the day of the date of these presents for and during and untill the full End and Term of One whole Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended To the intent and purpose (that by force and Virtue of these presents and of the statute for transferring of Uses into Possession) the said William Thomas may be in actual possession of the premisses and be thereby enabled to take and accept a Grant and release of the reversion and inheritance thereof to him and his heirs forever In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their seals the day and Year first above written Signed Sealed & Delivered Ignatius Wheeler (s) in the presence of Geo Stuart Will.m Thomas (s) James Christie On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was wrote as follows Received |
