       thereof to Warranty the Common Vouchee of the same court
       and such further and other proceedings were there^up^on had that the
       said John Bracco by Judgment of the same court did recover
       his seisin against the aforesaid George Maxwell of and in the demanded
       premisses and the said George Maxwell did recover over in value
       against the aforesaid John Browne and the said John Browne
       did recover over in value against the Common Vouchee whereby
       as good recovery of the said premisses was had and suffered
      
          Now this Indenture Witnesseth that for the
       setling and declaring the uses of the said Common Recovery
       and for and in consideration of the sum of five shillings current
       money to him the said John Browne by him the said George
       Maxwell in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
       It is hereby Covenanted Granted Agreed and Declared by and
       Between all the said parties to these presents that the Common
       recovery so as aforesaid or in any other Manner had and suffered
       and the Execution thereof from and immediately after the suffering
       and Executing the same was meant and intended to be and enure
       and is hereby declared to be and enure and the recoveror therein
       named and his heirs should and shall stand and be seized of
       and in the recovered premisses to and for the use and Behoof of him
       the said George Maxwell his Heirs and assigns for ever and to
       and for no other Use Intent or purpose whatsoever  In Witness
       whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto set
       their Hands and affixed their seals the day and Year first above
       written   Signed Sealed & Delivered                  John Bracco          (s)
             in the presence of us                                    George Maxwell   (s)
