(365 and Year the afd Susannah being by us privately examined apart from and out of the Hearing of her said Husband did make & repeat such her acknowledgement as afd and did also declare that she made this acknowledgment voluntarily and freely without being induced thereto by Treats or Fear of or ill usage from her said Husband or through fear of his Displeasure Mev.l Lock Before Hugh Hopewell Recorded the 19.th day of April 1763 12 s.d Exam.d This Indenture Tripartite made this Twenty first day of April in the Year seventeen hundred and sixty three Between John Bracco of the first part George Maxwell of the second Part and John Browne of Queen Annes County of the third part Whereas for the Docking Barring and Extinguishing all Estates Tail and revertions and Remainders thereupon Expectant or depending of and in the Tract of Land and appurtenances herein after mentioned the said John Bracco as Demandant did heretofore (at the requests cost and charges of the afores.d George Maxwell) prosecute and sue forth out of his Lordships High Court of Chancery his said Lordships Writ of Entry sur Disseisin en le post against the said George Maxwell as Tenant returnable and returned the second Tuesday of April instant to the Provincial Court whereby the said John Bracco did Demand against him the sid George Maxwell All that Tract or parcell of Land lying Talbot County called Harwood's Lyon containing four hundred acres with the appurtenances to which said Writ of Entry the said George Maxwell did appear and vouch to Warranty thereof the afd John Brown who did enter into the said Warranty and further Vouch thereof |
