        end of the said course then with a Streight line to the first Beginning
        containing and laid out for one hundred and seventy eight Acres of Land
        more or less together with all and Singular the Premisses and Appurtenances
        thereunto belonging or in any wise appurtaining  To have and to
        Hold the said Land and Premisses with their appurtenances unto him
        the said Vachel Dorsey his heirs and assigns for ever ^and to only Use and Behoof of him the said Vachel Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns forever^ and the said John
        Baker for himself and heirs Exect.rs and Admin.rs Doth hereby
        Covenant and Agree to and with the said Vachel Dorsey his Heirs and
        Assigns that he the said John Baker his heirs Exect.rs and Admin.rs
        shall and will Warrant and for ever defend the said Land and Premisses
        with their Appurtenances of in or to the same or any part or parcell
        thereof and from all other Defects and Incumbrances whatsoever and
        Lastly that he the said John Baker doth further covenant promise
        and agree for himself his heirs and assigns that he the said John Baker
        his heirs Exect.rs and Admin.rs shall and will from time to Time and at
        all Times hereafter at the Reasonable Request of the said Vachel Dorsey
        his heirs and assigns make such further other grant and assurance for
        the more sure making and confirming the said Land and Premisses
        unto the said Vachel Dorsey his heirs and assigns for ever according
        to the true intent and meaning hereof as he or they by his councel
        learned in the Law Reasonably Devised advised or Required
        In Witness whereof the said John Baker hath unto set his
        hand and affixed his Seal the Day and Year first above written
