        from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his ^said^ Lordships Agent and Receiver General

Ex.d  This Indenture made this Tenth Day of April in the Year
        of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty two  Between John
        Baker of Baltimore County of the One Part and Vachel Dorsey of Ann
        Arundel County of the other Part  Witnesseth that he the said John Baker
        for and in consideration of the sum of thirty Pounds Sterling Money
        of Great Britain to him ^in^ hand paid or Secured to be paid by the said
        Vachel Dorsey at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the
        Receipt whereof the said John Baker doth hereby acknowledge and thereof
        doth acquit Exonerate and fully Discharge the Said Vachel Dorsey his Heirs
        and Assigns for ever  Hath given granted Bargained and Sold and by
        these Presents do give grant Bargain Sell Alienate Enfeeof and Confirm
        unto him the said Vachel Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever  All
        that part or Parcel of Land being part of a Tract of Land called Bakers
        Industry Enlarged lying in Baltimore County  Beginning at two
        ^Bounded^ Spanish Oaks and one bounded black oak Standing at the head of a
        Bottom descending into Piney falls a Draught of the falls of Petapsco said
        Trees being the beginning Trees of the Original Survey and running thence
        south Eighty one Degrees East twenty eight Perches South Nine Degrees
        West sixty eight Perches South twenty five Degrees West fifty eight perches
        south fifteen Degrees East one hundred thirty eight Perches south sixty
        five Degrees WEst Sixty Eight Perches North Seventy Seven Degrees
        West One hundred and twenty Perches North Seven Degrees West seventy
        perches North Seventy Degrees East One hundred and six perches to
        intersect the south forty Degrees East Course then twelve Perches to the
