the Year
of our Lord One thousand
Seven hundred and Sixty two Between John
Baker of Baltimore County
of the One Part and Vachel Dorsey of Ann
Arundel County of the other
Part Witnesseth that he the said John Baker
for and in consideration
of the sum of thirty Pounds Sterling Money
of Great Britain to him
^in^ hand paid or Secured to be paid by the said
Vachel Dorsey at or before
the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the
Receipt whereof the said
John Baker doth hereby acknowledge and thereof
doth acquit Exonerate and
fully Discharge the Said Vachel Dorsey his Heirs
and Assigns for ever
Hath given granted Bargained and Sold and by
these Presents do give grant
Bargain Sell Alienate Enfeeof and Confirm
unto him the said Vachel
