       his heirs and assigns   And the said William Allen doth
       hereby for himself and his heirs covenant promise and grant to and
       with the said Henry Boquet his Heirs and assigns that he the said
       William Allen and his heirs the said hereby granted or mentioned to be
       granted Tract of Land called Long Meadow enlarged with the appurtenances
       unto the said Henry Boquet his heirs and assigns against him the said
       William Allen and his heirs and all claiming or to claim the same
       premises or any part thereof by from or under the said William Allen
       or his heirs shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these
       presents   And the said William Allen for himself and his heirs
       doth further covenant promise and agree to and with the said Henry
       Boquet his heirs and assigns that he the said William Allen and
       his heirs shall and will at any Time within the space of Ten
       Years now next at the reasonable request cost and charges in
       the Law of the said Henry Boquet his Heirs or assigns make do
       Execute and acknowledge or cause or procure to be made done
       Executed and acknowledged all such farther and other Lawfull
       and reasonable Acts Deeds Conveyances and Assurances whatsoever
       for the further better and more perfect granting conveying
       and assureing unto the said Henry Boquet his heirs and assigns
       the said Tract of Land called Long Meadow Enlarged Hereditaments
       and premisses hereby granted or mentioned or intended so to be
       as by the said Henry Boquet his heirs or assigns or his or their
       Council learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised advised or
       required so that such farther assurance or conveyance do not
       contain any farther or other Warranty than is herein before
       comprized and that for the doing thereof the said William Allen
       or his Heirs shall not be compellable to travel from the
