356 day of the date of these presents and by force of the statute made for transferring Uses into Possession and to his heirs and assigns All that Tract of Land called y.e Long Meadow Enlarged situate in Frederick County in the province of Maryland containing or computed to contain Two thousand one hundred and thirty one acres or there abouts be the same more or less ^ by the same Metes and Bounds as the same were granted to or lately held by Daniel Dulany Esq.r [who by his Indenture of Lease and release bearing date the third and fourth days of June 1760 bargained sold and conveyed the same Tract of Land and Deeds appears] Together with all houses Outhouses Buildings Barns Stables Yards Orchards Gardens Improvements Meadows Savannahs Swamps Cripples Woods Underwoods Mines Minerals Quarries Ways Waters Water Courses Improvements Easements Liberties Priviledges Profits Commodities Advantages Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and Remainders thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand what soever of him the said William Allen of in and to the said Tract of Land with the appurtenances To have and To hold the said Tract of Land called Long Meadow enlarged and premisses with the appurtenances unto the said Henry Boquet his heirs and assigns to and for the proper use and behoof of the said Henry Boquet his heirs and assigns forever under and subject to the quit rent from henceforth to accrue and grow due for the Premisses to the Lord Proprietor of Maryland his |
