355 the appurtenances, and may be enabled to accept and take a grant and release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his heirs to and for the only proper Use and Behoof of the said Henry Boquet his heirs and assigns for ever In Witness whereof the Parties aforesaid to these presents have interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and year first above mentioned Sealed and Delivered William Allen (s) in presence of John Allen and James Riddle Recorded the 24.th April 1763 4½ s.d Ex.d This Indenture made the third day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty three Between William Allen of the City of Philadelphia in the province of Pennsylvania Esquire of the one part and Henry Boquet Colonel of Foot in his Majesty's Army of the other part Witnesseth that the said William Allen for and in consideration of the sum of Two thousand Pounds lawfull Money of Great Britain to him in hand paid by the said Henry Boquet at or before the ensealing hereof the receipt whereof the said William Allen doth hereby Acknowledge and Confess and thereof and every part thereof for ever acquit and discharge the said Henry Boquet his Heirs Executors and assigns He the said William Allen hath granted bargained sold aliened released enffeoffed and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien release enffeof and confirm unto the said Henry Boquet (in his actual possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and sale to him thereof made for one Year by Indenture bearing date the day next before the day |
