354 is hereby acknowledged) hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell unto the said Henry Boquet ^at or before the Ensealing hereof (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged) Hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents Doth grant bargain and sell unto the said Henry Boquet^ and his assigns All that Tract of Land called the Long Meadow enlarged situate in Frederick County in the Province of Maryland containing or computed to contain Two thousand one hundred and thirty one acres or thereabouts be the same more or less Together with all Houses Outhouses Buildings Barns Stables Yards Orchards Gardens Improvements Meadows Savannahs Swamps Cripples Woods Underwoods Mines Minerals Quarries Ways Waters Watercourses Improvements Easements Liberties Priviledge Profits Commodities Advantages Hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and remainders thereof To have and To hold the said tract of Land called Long Meadow enlarged with the Appurtenances unto him the said Henry Boquet his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the day next before the day of the date of these presents for and during and unto the full End and Term of one whole Year from thence next ensuing fully to be Compleat and ended To the intent that by Virtue hereof and of the statute for transferring Uses into Possession the said Henry Boquet may be in the Actual Possession of the said Tract of Land called Long Meadow enlarged and premisses hereby Granted with the |
