        Time and at all times hereafter at the Reasonable Request of the
        said Absolom Baker his heirs and assigns make such further and
        other grants and assurance for the more sure making and confirming
        the said Land and Premisses unto the said Absolom Baker his heirs
        and assigns for ever according to the true intent and meaning hereof
        as he or they by his councel leaned in the Law Reasonably devised
        advised or required  In Witness whereof the said Owen Williams
        hath hereunto set his Hand and Affixed his Seal the Day and Year
        first above Written                                        his

                On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written to wit
 
        1762 April tenth  Received of Absolom Baker Fifteen Pound ten
        shillings Cur.t Money being the Consideration Money within Mentioned
                                                                                            his
        Test  Henry Howard                                            Owen + Williams
                                                                                            mark

        April 10 1762  Then came before us the Subscribers two of his
        Lordships Justices for Ann Arundel County Owen Williams and
        acknowledged the within Indenter to be his Act and Deed and the
        Land and Premisses therein Mentioned to be the Right and Estate of
        the within named Absolom Baker his Heirs and Assigns for ever at
        the same Time came Elizabeth Williams wife of the said Owen Williams
        and being privatly examined as the Law directs gave her free consent in
        Bare of her Dower                                                Henry Howard

        Pence half penny Sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the
