       doth hereby acknowledge It is covenanted granted agreed and declared
       by and between all the said parties to these Presents that the said Comon
       Recovery so as aforesaid suffered and the Execution thereof of the said
       mentioned premisses and every part thereof is intended to be and enure
       and shall be adjudged construed deemed and taken and is and was meant
       and intended and is hereby declared to be and enure and the recoveror
       in the said recovery named and his heirs shall stand and be seized of
       and in the recovered Premisses with the appurtenances and every part and
       parcel thereof to and for the only proper use and Behoofe of him the said
       James Marshall his Heirs and assigns for ever and to and for no other
       Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever   In Witness whereof the parties
       to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and
       affixed their seals the day and year first above written

             Richard Greaves                           J Rogers                 (s)

                On the foot of the aforesaid Deed was thus Written

       On the 14th day of April 1763  Came before me the subscriber one of his
       Lordships Provincial Justices the within John Tyler James Marshall and
       John Rogers and did severally acknowledge the within Deed to be their
       respective act and Deed to and for the uses intents and purposes in the
       same Deed mentioned and the one hundred acres of Land and premisses
       therein mentioned with the appurtenances and every part and parcell
       thereof to be the Right and Estate of the within named James Marshall
       his Heirs and assigns forever according to the true intent and Meaning
       of the same deed and the act of assembly in such case made & provided
9½ s.d                                                               before   J Hepburn
          Recorded the 14th day of April 1763
