        for and in consideration of the sum Fifteen Pound ten Shillings Current
        Money to him in Hand paid or Secured to be paid by the said Absolom
        Baker at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt
        whereof the said Owen Williams doth hereby acknowledge and thereof doth acquit
        exonerate and fully discharge the said Absolom Baker his Heirs and Assigns
        for ever  Hath given granted Bargained and Sold and by these Presents do
        give grant Bargain Sell Alienate Enfeeof and Confirm unto him the said
        Absolom Baker his Heirs and Assigns for ever all that Tract or parcel of
        Land called Williams Chance lying in Baltimore County  Beginning at a
        Bounded red oak standing nere the head of a Branch decending into Piney
        Falls and running thence North fifty Seven Degrees West Eighty four
        Perches North forty one Degrees and thirty Minets East Ninety seven perches
        south forty seven Degrees East forty perches south ten Degrees West
        Twenty Perches West Twenty Perches south twenty Six Degrees West
        twelve Perches then with a streight Line to the Beginning containing and
        laid out for thirty acres more or less together with all and Singular the
        Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appurtaining
        To have and to hold the said Land and Premisses with their
        appurtenances unto him the said Absolom Baker his Heirs and Assigns
        for ever and to only use and Behoof of him the said Absolom Baker
        his heirs and Assigns for ever and the said Owen Williams for himself
        and his Heirs Exec.rs Admin.r Doth hereby Covenant and Agree to and
        with the said Absolom Baker his heirs and assigns that he the said
        Owen Williams his heirs and Exect.rs Admin.rs shall and will Warrant
        and for ever defend the said Land and Premisses with their appurtenances
        of in or to the same or any part or Parcel thereof and from all other
        Defects and Incumbrances whatsoever  And Lastly that he the said Owen Williams
        Doth further Covenant Promise and Agree for himself his heirs Exect.rs Admin.rs
        to and with the said Absolom Baker his heirs and Assigns that he the said
        Owen Williams his Heirs Exect.rs and Admin.rs shall and will from time to
