330 Belonging unto the said Robert Ewing his heirs and assigns forever to the only Proper use and behoof of the said Robert Ewing his heirs and assigns forever and to and for no other use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever And the said Robert Vass, and Ann his Wife William Thomas and Sarah his Wife and Mary Thomas for themselves severally and Respectively and for these several and Respective Heirs Executors and Administrators do hereby Covenant Promise and Grant to and with the said Robert Ewing his heirs and assigns that they the said Robert Vass and Ann his Wife William Thomas and Sarah his Wife and Mary Thomas and their Heirs respectively all and singular the Premisses herein before mentioned to be bargained and sold or intended to be hereby Bargained and Sold and every part and Parcel thereof with the Improvements and Appurtenances thereunto Belonging unto the said Robert Ewing his heirs and assigns forever against them the said Robert Vass and Ann his Wife William Thomas and Sarah his Wife and Mary Thomas and their heirs or either of their heirs respectively and against all and every other Person and Persons claiming or to claim by from or under them shall and will Warrant and forever Defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the said Robert Vass and Ann his Wife William Thomas and Sarah his Wife and Mary Thomas have hereunto set their several Hands and Seals the day and year first above Written Signed Sealed and Acknowledged Robert Vass (seal) in the Presents of us Ann Vass (seal) Francis Keys William Thomas (seal) Arthur Whiteley Jun.r Sarah Thomas (seal) Mary Thomas (seal) On the Back of the aforegoing was thus Written &C.a April the 13.th 1763 Then received of Robert Ewing the sum of Four hundred Pounds Current money of Maryland it being the |
